Untosa is a brand owned and operated by Emviora Group Private Limited. Untosa is a Creative Gifting & Experience Design practice that helps individuals and organisations express gratitude, celebration, appreciation, and belonging through thoughtfully designed gifting experiences. We are not a catalogue business — every engagement is shaped through conversation, concept development, and considered execution. References to "Untosa," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Emviora Group Private Limited, operating under the Untosa brand.

2. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to, gift curation, creative concept development, personalisation, hamper and packaging design, corporate and individual gifting programmes, experience design, and related consulting services.

Untosa reserves the right to modify, pause, or decline any project or request at our discretion — including where a brief falls outside our capability, timeline, or the values that guide our work.

3. Orders & Custom Projects

• All custom orders and bespoke projects require your written confirmation of the concept, quotation, and timeline before production begins.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on design complexity, material sourcing, artisan availability, and the scope of personalisation involved.
• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate personalisation details — including names, messages, engraving text, recipient information, and any special instructions. Untosa is not liable for errors arising from information provided incorrectly or incompletely.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Custom and corporate projects typically require an advance deposit before work commences, with the balance payable in line with the agreed payment schedule shared at the time of confirmation.
• Applicable taxes (including GST) and shipping or logistics charges, where relevant, will be added to the final invoice unless already included in the quoted price.

5. Customisation

Many of our gifts and experiences are handmade and personalised, and as such may carry slight variations from any reference images, samples, or prototypes shown.

• Natural materials — such as wood, fabric, paper, and botanicals — may differ slightly in texture, grain, or colour from piece to piece.
• Handcrafted elements may show minor variations in finish or form.
• These variations are an inherent part of the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order or project confirmation.
• Untosa is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or courier partners, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Untosa is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address or contact information.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Customised and personalised products are, by their nature, generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within Insert Number days of delivery, along with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Orders may be cancelled before production has commenced. Once a custom project has moved into production or procurement, cancellation may not be possible, or may only be eligible for a partial refund less costs already incurred.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, product concepts, photographs, illustrations, packaging designs, and creative work displayed on this website belong to Untosa unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No part of this content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or repurposed without Untosa's prior written permission.

9. User Responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its functioning, or submit any unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through it.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making enquiries, placing orders, or communicating with Untosa.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untosa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Untosa's total liability shall be limited to the value of the specific purchased service or product giving rise to the claim.

12. Portfolio Use

Unless a client requests otherwise in writing, Untosa may feature concepts, designs, creative work, and craftsmanship developed during client engagements in its portfolio, website, presentations, case studies, and marketing materials. Any such use will exclude client names, recipient names, personal information, and any other identifying details, unless the client has provided prior written permission to include them. Untosa will not disclose confidential or proprietary information as part of any portfolio or marketing use.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
